Cat Boarding At Pussy Willows
Carrying your cat
When your cat arrives with us at Pussy Willows, it is important that they are in a strong and secure cat carrier to enable our staff to transport them to their chalet safely. We have had experiences of plastic carriers breaking when carrying cats, which is not only stressful for the cat but can also lead to the cat escaping. Cats are also experts at opening zips on canvas carriers, so please make sure your cat is safe and secure on arrival. We frequently stock the high quality metal carriers, like the one pictured, in a variety of colours.

Caring for your cat
All our chalets have enclosed indoor areas for your cats privacy with thermostatically controlled heating. We provide cosy fleece blankets and bedding to keep them comfortable.
Whilst your cat is boarding with us, we will feed them twice a day, unless you instruct us otherwise. We supply all feeding bowls and they have constant access to fresh water. Our qualified staff are also able to administer prescribed medication, as long as this is discussed with us at the time of booking. We supply litter and trays however if your cat only uses a specific type of litter, please bring this along with you.
If your cat enjoys being groomed then this will be part of their daily routine. We have doves that live on site and they provide hours of entertain for the cats. We also have alpacas which can be seen from the family pens and local squirrels like to amuse the resident cats. Please feel free to bring along their favourite toys and treats to help them settle into their new surroundings. Our aim is to make your cat feel happy, loved and relaxed.
