I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Pussy Willows. I have been using them for many years and my cats always had an excellent quality of care. Recently when my lovely boy was old and poorly, the level of care was truly exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff here actually like cats, which sadly can't be said of all catteries. I'd never use anywhere else.

Our young cat Polly had the pleasure of staying at Pussy Willows for 6 weeks due to a kitchen refit.

The staff gave me regular uodates and peace of mind.

Polly was obviously well looked after and I have no qualms about booking her back.in later in the year for her annual holiday.

We booked in Albus (8 months old) for his first cattery stay for a long weekend, and he had an amazing time by all accounts! Staff were amazing and ensured us he was happy when we called to check in after the first night. Perfect service, clean and cosy little homes. I’m pretty sure he can’t wait to come for his long holiday in June already. 🐈🧡 The staff were very helpful, professional and showed our Albus all the love.

After researching catteries we decided on using pussy willows for our 2 cats. Booked in for 19 days whilst away, longest we've ever left them so was very anxious plus it being a new place. I needn't of worried. The large out side pen they shared was great & gave them lots of stimulation from wild birds, squirrels running round, near by alpacas & neighbouring cats. Also had a nice well sized cozy heated indoor section too. On request the lovely staff kept me updated on them & how they settling in & sent me photos & video clips of them. They enjoyed all the fuss the staff gave them & i know they were well taken care of & looked after. In the video clips they were there looking relaxed & happy. All staff were lovely that i spoke with & my 2 were chilled & resettled at home with no issues & had obviously been well looked after. Will be using Pussy Willows each time we need to board them again in the future, i was very happy with them but more importantly so were my 2 cats! 🙂

My cat has just returned from her 3 week stay where she was so well cared for! She had never been to a cattery before but she obviously had a great time. Thanks to everyone involved in her care

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to everyone at Pussy Willows. I was nervous about dropping my boy with you as he’s never been to a cattery for a long stay, but all the team were really reassuring and he’s back home happy and content. The personal handover showed you had got to know him really well, which I’m sure is not easy given all the care you are giving all your guests. Thank you!

We have used Pussy Willows on several occasions over the last 8 years. There is always a friendly, efficient service and most importantly the cat seems happy every time he comes back home. I can't recommend Pussy Willows enough, lovely place!

We have used Pussy Willows for many years for our cats and have always been happy with it. Our latest cat needs lots of attention but settles well and and always returns very content. Thanks to all the staff for taking such good care of her.

Just want other humans to know that I really dig being at PussyWillows, my ma and pa go off on their adventures and I’m given my own private suite, hand maidens wait on my every need and I get those bonus tickles under the chin. I get to see the doves/pigeons and enjoy the experience very much. When ma & pa come to get me I am all rested and sorry to say goodbye to all the staff but my dad gives me big hugs and lovings so it’s a straight swap. My home from home, around the corner from where I live so no crappy car journey, I don’t like the car. Top top place and I know my ma and pa won’t go anywhere else. Come on down and check it out, the name is Bilbo, lover of milk and any bodies for the right tickle 😂
