- All medical conditions and medications must be disclosed and discussed with us prior to arrival
- All cats must be up-to-date with their annual vaccinations for feline enteritis and cat flu at least 7 days before arrival
- All cats must be up-to-date with a veterinary recommended preventative flea treatment prior to boarding with us, at least 48 hours before arrival. We reserve the right to treat any cat showing signs of a flea infestation during their stay and charge you accordingly
- Please ensure that your cat arrives in a safe, secure and undamaged cat carrier. We reserve the right to refuse to accept more than one cat per carrier and any carrier that is damaged or broken for safety reasons. For the safety of our staff, we do not accept cats in wooden crates or dog crates
- All bookings over our peak seasons require a non-refundable and non-transferable payment at the time of booking
- For standard bookings, we do not require a deposit. However, if you cancel within 48 hours notice, you will incur a 2 day charge
- Should you collect your cat earlier than the agreed departure dates, the booked boarding fee in full will be chargeable
- We have a minimum of 4 days charge with this increasing to 7 days during our peak seasons
- Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday are charged at double the daily rate
- All prices are subject to price increase without prior notice and you will be charged the price prevailing at the time of stay and not the time of booking
- Please adhere to our opening hours
- We will not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff. We reserve the right to refuse any customer at any time
